Forge Silicon Hoses
Each Forge Silicone hose has been designed to provide minimal resistance to the flow of air into the turbocharger. Air entering the compressor section of a turbocharger will be traveling close to Mach 1, consequently any restrictions or convoluted sections in the induction path greatly reduce the efficiency with which the turbo can deliver air to the engine.
The hoses are constructed from a multi-layer silicone and fabric composite with a helically wound spring steel cage embedded between the ply for super resistance to vacuum assisted collapse. A common occurrence on chipped or large turbo engines.
