Having used many different websites in the past for ordering a variety of different car parts and I can say yours rates very highly. The prices you offer are very good, infact when it comes to the lowering springs I bought, you were the cheapest by far. Delivery was good even with the bad weather conditions. Magnecor leads arrived within 2 weeks which I was quite impressed with, I've heard of people waiting a lot longer than that. DC Performance were the cheapest supplier I could find on the net by about £10 and its good to know the service isn't cheap as well. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been an email to say that they'd been dispatched and by what postal method so as to make sure I was in when they were due to arrive.

I purchased an exhaust system for my car from dc performance. I first spoke on the phone to Dan, who was very helpful and provided a friendly service. I would say that i wasn't ever able to get through to them first time on the phone, although I was contacted back promptly. At first I was quite hesitant as I'd never purchased anything of this magnitude on the net before, but the christmas deal was to good to miss. I decided to order on the Internet, which was a secure and easy process. Once purchased a summary was given including the status of the order. I was told by Dan that it would take approximately 2 weeks for the delivery. However, 2 weeks came in just a few days, which was a bit of a surprise. Couriers were a slight problem. DC Performance is the best online shop I've ever dealt with. I'd ordered Black Diamond discs & pads, and when they were being fitted, the front pads weren't compatible with my Ibiza FR calipers. Spoke to Dan, who went out of his way to help me, and 5 days after my initial phonecall to him, everything's been sorted. The fault was nothing to do with DC performance, it turns out that I've got Ibiza 1.4 calipers! Order arrived a wee bit late. I asked for advice with regard to a suspension kit for my VW Bora 1.8T, the salesman I spoke to on the phone sounded honest and straight forward about the products that you sell, also gave me the time I required to chew over the info with no pressure. I had been in the motor trade for about 30 years and have done a lot of modifications on cars but I wanted the best latest unbiased opinion about which kits are available now, I obviously had my own initial thoughts on what kit I wanted, and the ride quality that I was after, and after about 20mins of discussion with your salesman he helped me make an informed compromise decision on quality and performance which I am now very pleased with after fitting and using for a while to acclimatise myself with the different characteristics of the handling and ride quality. I opted for the Koni sport 40mm kit (adjustable Shocks) with the standard diameter style springs as opposed to the small diameter "coil-over" type, I felt that a couple of the other well respected companies that I had spoken about a suspension kit treated me as a complete novice and just wanted me to buy coil-overs because thats what "every body is fitting these days". You didn't have the kit in stock at that time so the salesman said if I was interested he could phone Koni direct and see if they had them in stock, 5 minutes later he phoned me back and said he could get them sent direct from Koni for the next day delivery. This was in the afternoon when I placed the order and the next day they arrived as promised. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Although the bad news was, when buying springs and dampers, that the dampers were unobtainable, they tried hard to find an alternative. When they couldn't locate one, refund was very fast. Guy on the phone was really helpful on gettting parts for my car. Parts came within a good time. One of the momo harnesses had a small rip in it before i even took it out the box but didnt think it was a big issue really, not your fault anyway. Delivery was pricey but parts are alot cheaper than most other places so thats cool. Overall really good experience. Hopefully be buying my stuff soon. Best £320 spent on my car.
