The Apollo kits are the newest addition to the K&N product range. Enclosing the filter in a plastic case ensures that the filter doesn't pull in hot air from the engine. These are like the BMC CDA kits but are easiest to fit as they are designed specifically for the vehicle. You don't get such an improvement in the sound like you do with an open induction kit, but you do get great performance improvements.
