Each exhaust system is designed from scratch, they don't just bend some tubes to fit and call it a performance exhaust. For each exhaust the Blueflame designers study the original system, and then design their performance system with the specific target user in mind, after all each particular car model has its own unique target consumer. Specific attributes are engineered to ensure the system has the ideal exhaust note and performance capabilities.

The performance potential is maximised by analysing each engines output to its ultimate dynamic capability with remapping and induction modifications. The gas flow required is calculated, and the correct tube and bend diameters, all of which are mandrel formed on state of the art CNC bending machines, are used to create what Blueflame believe are the finest performance exhausts on the market.

Most exhaust systems are made to order so you know that your exhaust was made just for you, and in most cases you can even specify which tailpipe design you would like!
